Anthocyanins

They are water-soluble vegetable pigments present in many species of flowers, fruits, and vegetables. They are very important substances for the well-being of the body by virtue of their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

Thanks to the most advanced technologies, the company is able to extract and concentrate anthocyanins from various types of fruits and vegetables, such as red grapes, black carrots, blueberries and currants.

Grape skin extract

Among our anthocyanins, the company produces grape skin extract, which is currently our primary product; it is a natural colourant in red grapes (Vitis vinifera) extracted from the skins. It usually appears as a concentrated, red-purple liquid. Its type differs according to the colour intensity, varying from 1 to 15 colour points.

The product can be marketed in both liquid and powder form. Together with the other anthocyanins, it is catalogued among food additives with the initials E163. Grape skin extract is a product of absolute value, because once used it is easily filterable, with a much more stable dyeing power.
