Thanks to the most advanced extraction and separation technologies, the company is able to extract simple sugars from fruit while maintaining all the natural properties.

It is also able to process different types of fruit such as dates, carob, apple, and grapes to obtain fruit sugars with a sugar content ranging from 63° to 70° Brix.

For this product it is possible, upon customer’s request, to carry out a specific processing through the natural separation of the sugars present in the fruit so as to obtain natural sweeteners with a higher content of Fructose or Glucose.

This translates into the ability to offer customers a wide range of natural products, made to measure and capable of boasting the claim “100% fruit” printed on the package as a superior quality seal.
